The process is simple. Just fill out this confidential three step anti-piracy reporting form with as much information as you can recall and submit it to BSA. Our in-house investigative team will follow up with you as appropriate and begin their investigation of the target company. Based on your information and our investigation, BSA will then pursue the action that we feel is warranted.
To learn the progress of your report, we ask that you please call our anti-piracy hotline at 1-888-NO-PIRACY. A BSA team member will provide you with the latest information. Please note that the investigative process is very thorough and can take several months for significant developments.
A reward may be payable only if BSA pursues an investigation and, as a direct result of the information provided by you, receives a monetary settlement from the reported organization. The amount you may receive is based on a sliding scale as outlined in the Terms and Conditions available on the BSA website.
